In 2005, Tony appeared at the Drag Industry Variety Awards (DIVA), singing his own version of the classic "Thank Heaven for Little Girls."
Tony's father, Frank Sheldon, commited suicide when Tony was 11.
As a baby, Tony toured with his parents and would sleep in cupboard drawers. His mother states that he has probably slept "in every bottom drawer in North Queensland."
2006: Tony is directing and guest staring in a cabaret performance called The Times of My Life. The show stars his mother, Toni Lamond, and is based on her life, both the highs and the lows.
Tony is the son of legendary Australian entertainer Toni Lamond.
