Travis: (after being defeated by Sebastien Loeb in the 2006 Race of Champions) Today has been an amazing day for me. In the last race of The Race of Champions I was getting closet to Seb. But this is his car, his country and his stadium, so there was no way I was going to beat him. I pushed too hard to begin with and I made a couple of mistakes. It's been a great day and I'm proud to have finished 2nd in the Nations Cup. The most enjoyable car to drive for me was the Citroen Xsara WRC. The Buggy was good too but I had trouble getting used to the Mégane. I hope to be back next year. It's a great event. [edit]
Travis: X Games, it's an event but it's still ... it's a show. I try to put on the best show possible, ... I'm thrilled. This is awesome. [edit]
Travis: there’s a fine line between being consistent and being off the pace. You have to be both on the pace, winning a few rounds and also consistent. At the start of the season, you can’t win the championship in the first round, but you can lose it. The goal is not to lose it. [edit]
Travis: (0n the 2006 X-Games rally) I'm making a real effort to avoid any risks at this rally, we have the Rally America National Championship to worry about, so winning takes a backseat to gaining experience and points. It is hard to restrain myself from pushing but I'm doing it, and we have had a totally clean run thus far. [edit]
