Uchenna: (on leg 5 of The Amazing Race 11: All Stars in an interview segment) Following our intuition is really really key. If you second guess that, you're saying to God "We don't trust you."
Uchenna: (on leg 4 of The Amazing Race 11: All Stars) I felt the tension of competition. After the Charla and Mirna lie, I felt the desire to beat Rob and Amber.
Uchenna: (on leg 4 of The Amazing Race 11: All Stars to Charla and Mirna) Way to keep it up, way to never quit. And that's the key to this game.

Uchenna: (on the final episode of The Amazing Race 7 after having all his possessions taken away) The two things that haven't been taken away from us are our hearts and our minds.
Uchenna: (on leg 10 of The Amazing Race at the Detour) Meredith and Gretchen are good people. I hate to see them break their backs like this.

Uchenna: (on leg 1 of The Amazing Race 7) Someone's making a break. We're going to have to definitely watch those two.
Uchenna: (interviewing his favorite destinations while participating in two seasons of The Amazing Race) Mine from All-Stars was Zanzibar, actually. And the Dhow boat ride was ten hours to get from Tanzania to Zanzibar and of course, throwing those hammers with the Maasai, it was absolutely breathtaking for me.
Uchenna: (interview segment regarding his future) Yeah, we've been persuaded to video the final shot at in vitro and also video tape our process on working on our relationship. So the registration site, uchennaandjoyce.com, and we'll be upgrading everybody as to what's going on with this. Because so many people relate to this, and stops us on the street and asks us those two questions: How is the relationship and what's happening with the baby? And we feel compelled to and we've been persuaded to share it in a very, very real way. It's been difficult shooting it but I think people will...hopefully someone will be helped or moved in some way inspired by what we are going to reveal.
Uchenna: (based on his second performance in The Amazing Race) Yeah, I mean, our strategy was to stay low, not to make any enemies, and then strike in leg five, six... or I should say the last three to four legs, and burst out ahead once the other teams fell asleep. We made our moves this time and it just didn't work out.
Uchenna: (interviewing about winning The Amazing Race a second time) That would have been really huge. And that's the whole thing; we really do believe that lightning can strike twice in the same place. And how many times do you get a one in eleven chance at one million bucks, twice.
Uchenna: (thoughts on participating in The Amazing Race a second time) I think that's where the hesitance came in, so after we said yes, we were like Oh my God, do you remember how painful that was? So we did think about it, but there's no way you pass up a trip around the world free.
Uchenna: Joyce and I have made a choice to stay together and try to work every kink out and find that place where we can be together happily for the rest of our lives.
