  • Quotes

    • Victoria: (on her fashion ideas) I know how a dress should sit. Like I knew I would spend a lot on high-quality zips because I have had my share of badly made zips. I wanted a zip that undoes from both ends because then you can either put the dress on over your head or step into it - and also, you know, going to the loo wouldn't be this whole big problem.

    • Victoria: We would like another child (but) I'm working so hard on my fashion business. I haven't got time David and I still go out on our own and have a real laugh together, I love him more now than I did when we first met. I know people sometimes don't want to believe that we are happy but we are.

    • Victoria: (outraging her fans after she made the following quote) You're a true fan when you cry or pass out. When the paramedics are called it's a good sign. It shows real determination as a fan.

    • Victoria: (on hiring a new assistant) She can't be too good-looking, she can't be too thin. It has to be all about me.

    • Victoria: I'm getting really self-conscious about the fact I do constantly look like a miserable bitch.

    • Victoria: (on planning an Oscar acceptance speech) I thought about writing a speech if I won a lifetime achievement award for Spice World. I might look crap in it, but who knows, it might become a cult classic!

    • Victoria: I dress sexily - but not in an obvious way. Sexy in a virginal way.

    • Victoria: (on her Spanish skills) My Spanish is improving and I can now ask: 'Dónde Gucci?' ('Where is Gucci?'). I also can say: 'Tienes un Bentley?' ('Do you have a Bentley?').

    • Victoria: I haven't read a book in my life. I haven't got enough time. I prefer to listen to music, although I do love fashion magazines.

    • Victoria: I would love a little girl. Our boys are phenomenal, but a girl would just complete our family. But at the moment I take my contraception pill every morning, as now isn't quite the right time. When you're in the public eye they expect you to pop one out every year.
