    • Vincent Pastore: When I initially committed to joining Dancing with the Stars, I didn't realize just how physically demanding it would be for me. Unable to put forth my best effort, I felt it appropriate to step aside and give someone else the opportunity.
    • Vincent Pastore: I'm a people person. I can go up to somebody and ask to get a favor done. People come through for me because they know I won't abuse the favor and it will be a good experience. I was brought up that way by my father: always return a favor and follow through.
    • Vincent Pastore: (About Celebrity Apprentice): this is different from other Apprentices since our objective is to raise money for our charities. And when you become the Celebrity Apprentice you receive $250,000 for your charity, and along the way as you get the position of being the project manager, if your team wins, you win money for your charity - so that's the objective. Not so much as being the Apprentice, but what you can win for your charity to help others.
    • Vincent Pastore: (About Donald Trump): We are two different guys, but I admire the fact that he's very successful - a self-made guy. He's has a great personality, and is a fellow Friar. I really like the guy. He's a New Yorker, a regular guy.
    • Vincent Pastore: (About working with Matthew Perry) I love working with Matthew. I knew Courtney [Cox] through [her husband] David [Arquette]. I met Jennifer [Aniston] and then I met Matthew. I think he's got a great career in front of him. What he is on television is what he is in the movies and in real life. I think a lot about acting as your personality.
    • Vincent Pastore: (About working with Cedric the Entertainer) Cedric is great. You don't know where he's going. He just makes it up. He is a genius. When I see Cedric doing these things, I just wonder how he does it.
    • Vincent Pastore: The only time I turned work down is when I can't do it because of The Sopranos. I had a talk with my agent and he said, 'Vinnie, I think you are in a position now you got to start turning some stuff away.' But when you got a daughter in grad school and you are paying her expenses, it's pretty hard to turn a job down.
    • Vincent Pastore: The roles I find challenging are those that allow me to stretch. I also enjoy playing characters that I normally would be cast in.
    • Vincent Pastore: My favorite Soprano memory was when I was shooting the episode where I die. Everyone, especially James Gandolfini, Tony Sirico, and Steve Van Zandt, were so bummed out. They didn't want me to leave the show.
