What is your favorite parody from Weird Al? Mine would be "Ebay". I just find it funny!
i sure dont...but do you?
I went to a Weird Al concert last night at the OC County Fair, and the man is a genius! It was 2+ hours of entertainment. Al did a number of his new songs, but he also did classics as well. The place was packed, and there were people of all ages. Great show! If you've never been, go see Weird Al in… More concert.
According to Wikpedia, it's gonna have parodies of Chamillionare & Krayzie's song "Ridin'" to "White and Nerdy", which is available by streaming in Chamillionare's MySpace Page . Also, the single "Don't Download This Song" can be downloaded through his MySpace or streamed here . Moreoever,… More trouble with James Blunt, Al's parody of "I'm Beautiful" will not be available to his upcoming album. However, it can be downloaded through his site, http://www.weirdal.com/home.htm . Since it's not mentioned here, I'l post it here. http://www.weirdal.com/images/solcvrms.jpg
I seriously hate these damned songs that I see with titles such as "Barney's on fire", "The Devil went down to Jamaica, "Who let the cows out", and so on. These are misattributed songs that are floating all around the internet and downloading sites that claim to be by Weird Al Yankovic. I think… More these songs are giving ideas to new Al fans that he actually wrote these crappy songs! Does anyone agree or was aware of this?
Plus: 30 Rock, Grey's Anatomy, and Archer.
Pee-wee Herman joins the judges on Top Chef: Texas tonight.
Now that Murphy has withdrawn, the conversation will obviously turn to who should host Hollywood’s biggest night instead. Let’s turn to the intertubes for ideas, shall we?
Plus: The finale of Doctor Who and the premiere of America's favorite show about male hookers (besides Gigolos), Hung.
Weird Al Yankovic is the whackiest, most talented, most recognized person because of his musical parodies. Al has a knack for playing accordion. I have heard lots of Al's parodies like "I Lost on Jeopardy", "The Saga Begins", "Yoda", "Ricky", and many more.
The first time I saw Weird Al on TV is when he was on Square One TV singing his "Patterns" song. I had a feeling he'd do his own TV show. He has done the Weird Al Show on CBS. He's just as whacky as Pee-wee Herman.
I can recognize some of the original songs from where Al's parodies come from. Try finding his videos on YouTube.
Al Yankovic is probably the most talented person alive! He's not only funny and a great song-writer, but he's one handsome, gorgeous man! Not to mention pretty darn sexy! He is also a very friendly person. He loves his fans as if they were his own family. If you do not know who Al is, please, visit YouTube or some video site and type in his name and watch him!!! Also, there is a forum called WOWAY that is all about him. There you will find photos, news and lots of drool-worthy content. Go join up and have a blast! Love ya Al!
Where to start on the Prince of Parodies... He's drop dead funny with all the songs he edits with permission. That reason alone made him a great musician and made me and many others a fan of his work! His show was sadly short lived, but funny! On to the man himself. He's undoubtebly incredibally talented, his accordian skills are seemmingly unmatched, and I don't know when to stop! Weird Al can make anything funny: even the Star Wars story! I just can't be mad at this guy. He will live through the other musicians as the King of Comedy! Enough praise I put in there, huh?
Weird Al is one of the greats.I mean how could you not like him he parodies his songs and he also makes his own this guy is so talented he guest starred in Lilo and Stitch on the episode Tank as that annoying singer.I mean songs such as ''Phony Calls'' and ''The Hardware Store'' they rock if this guy was never around there would be no such thing as parodying(whatever it's spelled) songs and some people ACTUALLY think this guy sung Barney's on Fire but he sadly did'nt Tony Mason did wish this guy sung it he would of made it more funny anyway this guy is so talented i wish he was popular over here in the UK this guy is better than most of the singer on the X Factor like Kerry and the McDonald Bros yes there both scottish but i don't hate them but i do hate the scottish contestants on there they are dead boring no offence i don't hate scottish people but i do think the country is boring and i do feel sorry for them and i do not hate scottish people anyways this guy needs to make more songs.
I wonder why this artist has never made a bigger splash into mainstream. His parodies are so funny and creative that you just can't help but laugh when listening to them. I can honestly say his latest song White and Nerdy is one of his best songs to date. I can't believe I used to listen to his songs as a young kid and he's still coming out with new stuff.
His other original songs are really good too. If you are one of the three people that have yet to hear any of his songs do yourself a favor and go out and buy one of his CDs. Rock on Al!!!
