Will's character was nourished both by the traditional values of his family and the un-spiritual climate of the 80's. He moved often, while his father, a Tae Kwan Do master, opened many Tae Kwan Do schools. By his teen's he was living in San Francisco. He became a accomplished martial artist, training up to 7 hours a day, and won an athletic scholarship to the University of California in Berkley.

At this time he seriously got interested in acting. After guest starring on a couple of TV series and a movie role, he landed the role as the cop "Danny Woo" on the TNT series the "Witchblade." In the first year of the series he was a ghost that only the star Yancy Butler could see. Due to the powers of the "Witchblade" in the second season Danny is very much alive!
