  • Willie Gault was a football star with higher aspirations to fly... That score is 10!

Willie Gault was always fun to watch on the football field! I attended the University of Tennessee and was a big fan of Mr. Gault\'s when he was a wide receiver for the Vols! I do not remember how many scores he made, but UT was known as \"wide receiver U\" in 1982 because of the track stars who were recruited to play football. Willie Gault was a great player, but he became even more graceful at catching those passes after the ballet classes! There was a film made of his playing in a big game, and it truly was like watching a ballerina on stage with the fluid moves and jumps! He would bound into the air and catch the pass, and then he would turn on the back burners and cruise into the end zone! What a fun speedster to watch! And now I learn that he has been an actor since the 1980\'s, I guess after his PRO Football career!moreless
