Fastlane's Facinelli and 24's Nina are just two of the TV stalwarts lined up for new pilots.
ABC has hired Peter Facinelli as the second lead in its drama pilot Enemies, while Sarah Clarke has joined A House Divided, another drama pilot set up at the network.
Enemies is a study of two best friends from childhood who find themselves on opposite sides of the law as a cop and mobster. Facinelli (Six Feet Under) will play the cop opposite Jeffrey Donovan as the mobster.
A House Divided explores a conflict between a Midwestern farming community and the US government. Clarke (24) will play the wife of the central character, an instructor at West Point.
Additionally, Charlotte Ross (NYPD Blue) has come aboard Ugly Betty, ABC's remake of a popular Spanish-language telenovela about an unattractive secretary at a fashion magazine. America Ferrera was cast in the title role.
And Sean Patrick Flanery (USA Network's The Dead Zone) will join Secrets of a Small Town, which stars Angie Harmon as a popular TV reporter who returns to her hometown to cover the murder of a high school cheerleader.
In other pilot castings:
-Fox has confirmed that Lenny Clarke will costar with Rob Corddry in the comedy pilot Becoming Glen. Corddry plays a successful 40-something guy who looks back on his life 10 years before, when he was a slacker living with his parents. Clarke will play his father.
-Cameron Richardson has signed on to the Fox comedy pilot If You Lived Here, You'd Be Home by Now. The comedy is about a diverse group of people living at a temporary housing complex in Los Angeles, one of them played by Richardson.
-Natalie Garza has joined another Fox comedy pilot, The 12th Man, which centers on an NBA benchwarmer.
-CBS has booked Michael Gaston in the drama pilot Jericho, which chronicles chaos in a small town isolated from the rest of the world after a nuclear disaster. Gaston will play Gray Anderson, the political nemesis to the town's mayor.
-USA Network has tapped Lesley Ann Warren for its drama pilot In Plain Sight, which stars Mary McCormack as a no-nonsense federal marshal. Warren will play her mother.
