A good show for a lesser known DC comics superhero. hide « show »

One of the lesser known DC comic superheroes (who is a comic relief hero) gets his own TV show and its not bad. It is very tongue in cheek and light hearted (not like Batman TAS, which is very dark) but it is from the 80's so what do you expect. I used to watch this on BBC1 when i got home from school so am glad to be reliving my childhood and bringing back memories again.
The main characters are Plastic Man, Hula Hula, Penny and the Chief.
A different villain appears each week.

The one thing about the show that annoys me is the fake laughter track! it reminds me of when scooby doo used to have canned laughter over it!
    Do you agree?
