In a secret meeting on a desolate world, Deviot obtains familiar data cards from a shadowy dealer; the dealer attempts to take back the cards in a treacherous attack but is met with brutal retaliation from Deviot, who destroys him. Deviot's duplicity and acquiring of the cards does not go unforeseen, a robed figure analyses the remains of the dealer, "I'm Too Late," he says to himself before departing for parts unknown

Deviot returns to the Scorpion Stinger, where he uses his own custom made data transferor to materialize the data stored on the cards, the data is manifested as The Psycho Rangers!

Almost immediately, Trakeena deploys the Psychos to capture the rangers, Black Psycho and Yellow Psycho capture Damon and Maya successfully, Pink Psycho and Blue Psycho snare Kendrix and Kai after a fight. Leo is stalked by Psycho Red in the woods, but before the leader of the Power Rangers is snared, he is saved by the cloaked figure who had been trailing Deviot, the figure reveals himself to be another Ranger leader, Leo's predecessor ANDROS, and drives back Psycho Red, Leo and Andros return to the Mega-Ship, where with Mike and Alpha, pinpoint the location of their comrades....

Leo Andros, and Mike know, however, that if the find their teammates, they will find the Psychos lying in wait for them, Andros takes precautions and collects his Morpher from the Megaship's vault and departs with Leo and Mike to face the evil team.

As the threesome arrive and do battle with the Psychos and Trakeena's forces, Alpha notices that several other figures have entered the Mega-Vault, they take the remaining Morphers, Alpha is shocked as he recognizes them....

Back at the Warehouse, Mike, as Magna Defender, takes out the Stingwingers keeping guard on the captive Rangers, now free, they join up with Leo and Andros, but they are still outnumbered by the Psychos and Trakeena's posse....

That is until some more old friends arrive: the Other Space Rangers!

They quickly morph, as do the Galaxy team, and soon enough, the rangers powers are increased by eleven, all they will need to take out their opponents

Each ranger takes on the Psycho matching their color, and are able to outwit and defeat them, Magna defender holds back Deviot in a deadly battle.

Finally, The Space Rangers assemble the Spiral Saber, whilst The Galaxy Rangers activate the Lights Of Orion; the combined effort seals the fates of the Psychos, sending them into oblivion, Trakeena and Deviot retreat.

As both teams celebrate, the Space Rangers (on a mission of some sorts) decide to spend some time on Terra Venture relaxing with their successors

But little do they realize that one Psycho remains on the battlefield, barley active, Psycho Pink crawls out of the wreckage of her teammates, Deviot returns to the scene and picks her up, believing that she may still signal the end for both Ranger Teams...
