It's "Fire Safety Week" at Angel Grove High. Aisha is appointed Fire Safety Captain. She takes the job a little too seriously, citing Ernie for minor fire code violations, and chastising her teammates for failing to spread the message of fire safety! When Lord Zedd creates the Flamehead Monster, Aisha tries to take it on by herself, and fails. Will she learn a valuable lesson before the city burns to the ground?

Flamehead is the first monster to ride a horse (or any other form of transport) into battle.

Skull: Ya know, Bulk, fire is kinda scary. So, what if we just yell, "FIRE!", and maybe the Power Ranger will show up and save us, so we won't have to be near a real fire?
Bulk: Don't be such a wimp! Fire doesn't scare me. And besides, the Power Rangers are too smart for that!
(suddenly, the Flamehead spews fire at a barrel of gasoline, and Skull notices that it catches on fire!)
Skull: (under his breath) Fire! FIRE!
Bulk: Look, you bone head! I just told you that the Rangers are too smart to fall for that!
Skull: Fire! Fire!
Bulk: Wait a minute. I smell smoke!
(he sees the fire and freaks out)
Bulk: FIRE!!!
(he and Skull panic and head for the river) (edit) Bulk: These slides represent an famous event in 1993; Bulkmeier family barbeque, known to firefighters across the country as "The big one". (edit) Miss Appleby: Bulk and Skull, you're late.
Bulk: That's future firefighter Bulk.
Skull: And future firefighter Skull.
Miss Appleby: Take your seats. Aisha's in the middle of a presentation.
Bulk: And I'm sure it was a fascinating one. But we've got a presentation of our own. Move over for professionals.
Aisha: That's okay, Miss Appleby. This should be interesting. (edit) Bulk: (standing up) Say no more; I direly suggest that we take the rest of the week off from school and show what fire really means to us. (edit) Bulk: You smell something?
Skull: Hey, it's not my fault we had burritos for lunch! (edit)
