Buttons, at the behest of Dan, starts a relationship with a woman dedicated to closing the house down but starts to worry she may be more than he can handle sexually. Meanwhile, Rocko looks to obtain a kidney for a children's show host but is frustrated at every turn.

When the guys at the halfway house learn all they have to do to get a satellite dish is for Buttons to sleep with the city counsellor's wife, they pressure him to do so. Meanwhile, Dan and Bill get in a battle of wills over the toilet seat.

2. Cuddles Goes To Jail

Dan sends Cuddles to jail for swearing to teach him a lesson. However, Cuddles ends up running the place by the end of his stay. During all of that, Dan starts to think that Bill might be the infamous testicle thief.

3. Buttons Goes To Court

Buttons testifies against an old boss and has the opportunity to make $5 million in a lawsuit. The only thing that might prevent this is if he can't keep his hands off the jury forewoman.

4. Bill's Brain

Bill enters the hospital for a lobotomy unaware his surgeon has a secret grudge; Buttons has sex with a nurse in a storage room full of dangerous diseases.

5. The Island Of Skip-Along Pete

Skip-Along Pete invites Rocko to his remote island but doesn't tell him that he is planning to hunt Rocko down for sport.

6. Rocko's Telethon

Rocko goes on a telethon supporting people who were impaled and goes off the wall because Bill forgot to give him some pills to calm him down. In addition, Buttons tries to hit on a woman on the telethon and Cuddles winds up with a stripper while delivering money to the telethon.

7. Cuddles The Safety Mascot

Cuddles has big shoes to fill when he replaces a legendary safety mascot who was killed on the job; Dan makes Rocko and Buttons work at a hazardous-waste site.

8. Dan's Crush

Buttons manages to get Dan infatuated with him in order to get tickets for Rocko but discovers that he may have gotten in over his head....

9. Dash The Greeter

Dash gets a job as a greeter for a department store; Miss Smith becomes obsessed with Dan.

10. Cuddles Gets Laid

Dan struggles to control Cuddles after Cuddles has his first sexual experience; Bill is paired with ventriloquist Curious Bob, a former partner he once attempted to kill.

11. Dan's Umbrella

Dan leaves his umbrella at the CBC during a tour and has to fight the bureaucracy to get it back. Bill finds and steals the CBC's secret collection of celebrity brains.

12. Mr. Quigley, The Asshole Next Door

Dan deals with a troublesome neighbor and Cuddles starts dating a real witch. Unfortunately for Cuddles, his girlfriend doesn't care for his promiscous nature.

13. The Payback

Rocko starts up a club after the puppets find a large quantity of money and the quartet runs afoul of criminals, who threaten to kill them unless it is handed over to them.
