In this episode, Sam is able to hang his sister upside down above a well in order to get her to stop picking on him.
Normally, this would be an impossible task for who Sam leaps into, one of the many proofs behind the idea that Sam "physically" leaps into the people he replaces, as opposed to simply replacing them mentally or emotionally. (edit)
