The judge is asking for one hundred thousand dollars for bail for ted. The judge says she plans punishing Ted to the full extent. Ted asks Brian for his help to put in a good word with Stockewell. Stockwell invites Brian to play raquetball and Brian wins. Brian says he won't help Ted but uses his wit to get Stockwell to steer away from Ted's case, without telling him that Ted is his friend. Emmet then pleads with Brian to help Ted. Eventually Mel informs Ted that the DA will plead Ted out with a huge fine and he has to shut down his business, an in return Ted won't have to serve any jail time. Justin tells Ethen he was at his concert. Ethen says that the guy he left with was only a music student interested in Ethen's career. Justin plans a romantic evening for them. However, it is interrupted by this guy from Harrisburg that shows up at Ethen's door with roses. Justin confronts Ethen while tearing up the roses with bloody hands. Ethen says he didn't want to hurt Justin and gives him excuses. Justin leaves and is later at the back of Babylon with some guy. Brian sees him and has a guy of his own, but Brian and Justin are watching each other. I hoped they would get together but they didn't. Debbie is in the bathroom talking to who she thinks is Vic in the shower about Ted. However, a stranger comes out who we find out is Vic's new lover Rodney, who is also positive. Mike starts to get weird about Ben and gives him a reality check. They were sleeping together and the condom broke, though Ben hadn't ejaculated Mike tells him to keep going. It is still unclear whether Ben did or not. Mike then finds one of Ben's syringes and tells Ben that he might as well make himself positive, since that is what Ben wants and it might be easier if Mike knows what it's like. Ben says that's not what he wants and stops using the steroids and apologizes. Mike is still mad at him but i think it will blow over. But what about this condom episode, will Mike get tested? Mel and Linze continue to try to get pregnant. Mel is taking a test basically every time she uses the bathroom. She starts to get frustrated when every test is coming out negative. However, Mel wins against mother nature in the end when her last test comes up positive. This is awesome for them! Mike struggles with the fact of whether or not he will be a good enough father, and tells Brian that he doesn't want to just be a drop in father like him. Brian tells him that he'll be a good father because he raised Brian, and look how he turned out. Another great episode. It left me hanging and wanting more as usual. The biggest question, will Brian and Justin get back together?
Thank god,the moon and the stars above for Hal Sparks!
He and Robert Gant give two of the best performances of thier careers in these two episodes.
Watching Ben go through steroid addiction, after the death of his ex-lover,is one of the most difficult things ever and Robert Gant does it so beautifully.
Nice bum shots too. LOL!
I've always loved Hal Sparks and the character of Michael.
When he loves someone.it's from the heart. And watching the love of your life destroy himself with drugs is not an easy thing.
If there ever was an episode that showed Michael truly becoming a man and fighting for what he has at any cost, even if that means leaving Ben,this the one.
BRILLIANT!
Good ridance, Ethan! hide show
Thank god Ethan is finally gone. This whole relationship made me mad, and how could Justin cheat on Brian like that in the first place? I do feel bad that Justin was obviously not getting the romance that he longed for, but he knew that from the beginning. Brian has never been anything but honest to Justin, and thank go Ethan messed things up so Justin can be back with Brian, where he belongs. Michael is frustrated because Ben continues to have roid rage and snapps at him because he doesn't know what it's like to have HIV. Brian helps out Ted, though he won't admit it to anyone. He continues to fascinate me on how his mind works. I love the complexity of his character, because you know that he cares about all of his friends, but the last thing that he wants, is for people to know that he has a heart.
The Fiddler falls off the roof hide show
Turns out Justin's suspisions of Ethan's infedelity are not compeltely unfounded, Ethan did cheat on him while at a concert. And as if any of us our surprised at this? I mean they make a point on this show of showing the fact that monogomy is not as simple as it seems sometimes, though it isn't as impossible as Brian thinks it to be. I mean they show it all the time, they cover it all the time, it happens all the time. So, I don't have the slightest idea why Justin is so surprised. It was inevitable. But I do understand why he is hurt, though there is no accounting for taste, I mean Ethan did state that he wanted to be with only him. He broke that...agreement. And thank the scriptorial gods they break up as well. Adios Mr. Fiddler!
