She is actually a good voice actor. She did a good job voicing Misty and Jessie on Pokemon. I kinda miss her voice for Misty, Misty's new voice sucks. To be honest, I've never heard her voice another character in an anime, but maybe that's because the only 4Kids dubs I like are Yugioh and Pokemon. Hopefully though, for Yugioh 5D's, she will get the role of the female twin Ruka [I am also hoping for Veronica Taylor as Rua]. I can actually, in my head, hear Rachael as Ruka, calm mostly, and Veronica Taylor as Rua, high energy, a little childish. They suit the characters Rua and Ruka. Not gonna happen, but fans can dream.
Rachael Lillis is a great voice actress; she is extremely talented! She did excellent jobs as Misty and Jessie on Pokemon. Also, she voiced the cute JigglyPuff and various other Pokemon very well. Overall, she was a great voice actress for all her characters on Pokemon.
I honestly sucks that 4Kids lost the rights to dub the show with the good voice actors. I feel bad for them that after all the hard work dubbing hundreds of episodes and a few movies, that she just gets kicked to the crub. Lillis was then replaced with Michelle Knotz, who can only do about half the voices Lillis was able to do.
