I loved that show when I was a kid, I want to own the sereis on DVD If anyone knows how and or where would I buy it?

If this is out on DVD, I have gotta get it...I hope they some good extras, etc...I have all the episodes on VCR tapes where I taped em back in 1987 and the tapes are losing quality!!! This was a cool show!!

I'm pretty sure you can't buy the series on DVD. You can however find the pilot movie on dvd all over Ebay. I don't know if this will ever come out on dvd in the US because of the cost of music rights.

They are for sale here http://mysite.verizon.net/restmyge/ though they are just copies of VHS tapes with the commercials edited out and menus added.� Some copies are better than others but worth it for someone who doesn't have them.

I have some of the episodes taped from TV but my VCR doesn't work anymore......

Some may say the show has already been released on DVD but it's not an official release ... it's made by someone who taped the show off of the TV and transfered it to DVD. Personally, I would prefer an official release. I've already voted for it on TVShowsonDVD.com but I kind of doubt that it will ever be officially released. One can always hope though.

I know that a full scale dvd release might not be in our future but i have a bigger hope that they might at least release the eps on iTunes.
