Several users have asked for a one-stop list of all bugs associated with the redesign reported so far... so here it is!
This list contains everything that staff are aware of as being reported so far (including fixed bugs). A FIXED note will be placed against the bug as a fix is implemented & confirmed as working. The subject will be updated as new bugs are added or fixes are implemented.
Thanks to the AMAZING efforts of more_ncis_now, the list is broken up into sections to make it easier to check if a bug has already been reported.

Please report all bugs in this thread and the comprehensive list will be updated accordingly.
The bugs on the list are NOT in order of priority & the numbering is purely to make life easier if you want to refer to a bug.

S9 - After editing an episode, the message says to click here to return to the *shows you were editing. The link leads back to the episode, as it should, but this text needs to be changed. screenshot
S10 - Role information missing when deleting a cast member. screenshot
S11 - If you're editing cast, and click on a person you navigate to a new page and lose any existing changes. screenshot
S12 - Trivia guide page only partially loading when using "all seasons" view (the bottom one is cut off) screenshot
S13 - If there are no crew members in one of the categories under the crew section (show level crew), it will say: "There are currently no cast members. Add cast members!" screenshot
S17 - On the episode submission form, 'characters' is spelt incorrectly - Screenshot
S18 - Reordering directors or crew points to writers section. Manual reordering (editing numbers) has been disabled. Reorder guest stars displays double entries for each guest star.
Fixed:
S1 - Can't add cast at show level (When using the edit cast link on show's main page, you are redirected to the homepage). FIXED
S2 - Episode disappears after changing episode type in mod queue (from regular episode to pilot back to regular episode). FIXED
S3 - Import defaulting everyone to star or writer. FIXED Import window disappears after every add. Working on a new resolution for this.
S4 - Episode renumbering tool is not working for editors. FIXED
S5 - Never aired box is checked by default in episode edit submissions. FIXED
S6 - Guest star, Special Guest star, and Cameo credits are appearing twice in the edit cast form. (While this problem exists, If you are making edits or deleting, you only need to check one instance of the person for the changes to go through) FIXED
S7 - Reorder recurring or guest stars points to star section instead. Reorder cast on episodes is showing up for non-editors. FIXED
S8 - Writers' and directors' names run together on episode page. screenshot FIXED
S14 - Guides with no editor have a phantom missribs editor. FIXED
S15 - Episode renumbering tool is showing up for non-editors FIXED
S16 - "all tags" link leads to a blank white page. FIXED
S19 - Show crew credits from post-n/a bug fix and pre-redesign launch are showing "0" instead of role type. FIXED

Person Guides
P3 - Birth dates show 00/00/00 when they should be blank. screenshot
P4 - Person quote forms show the following incorrect description at the top: "CONTRIBUTE TO THE TRIVIA GUIDE FOR [PERSON NAME]:" screenshot
Fixed
P1 - Editing person trivia not working from Trivia + Quotes page - you will be redirected to a trivia form which shows no changes. To work around this problem until it is resolved, click on 'biography' first, then edit the trivia/quote as normal. FIXED
P2 - Aliases not showing on person guides. FIXED
P5 - Death and gender info not displayed. FIXED

TC1 - Howdy-Doody avatars replaced Trusted Contributors' avatars. Issues with blank top contributor slots.screenshot FIXED
TC2 - Unable to assign trusted users - redirected to a contribute page with trusted user section missing. screenshot FIXED
TC3 - Assigning trusted users to a show guide only shows top 2 contributors, instead of the top 5. FIXED

Editor/Moderator/Staff Specific
E2 - Editors, moderators and staff are missing respective badges when posting in the forums. screenshot
Fixed
E1 - Editors, moderators and Staff can't pin topics, move topics, close, delete, etc. FIXED
E3 - Editor's blog has 600 character limit. screenshot FIXED
E4 - Retiring from a person guide doesn't prompt a confirmation/warning message ("Are you sure you want to retire?"); retirement goes straight through. FIXED

Editor Queue
EQ1 - Edits to existing information are coming through to the submissions queue with the green "new" tag instead of the orange "edit" tag. Looks like this might just be affecting text fields.
EQ5 - Links to view conflicting submissions from other users in the queue redirect to the homepage rather than the other users' submissions due to the group/submission ID numbers missing from the URL.
Fixed:
EQ2 - Existing character names/crew details not coming through to moderation queue in edit cast/crew subs. FIXED
EQ3 - Reject button not working. FIXED
EQ4 - Push button showing in queue. FIXED

User Profiles (Includes profile moderation, blogs, submission status)
UP4 - Blog comments are showing wrong date stamp right after posting, but later changes to correct date stamp. screenshot
UP5 - Show names don't appear in a user's submission status history when they submit an edit to the show summary/add episodes. screenshot
UP7 - Blog's name can't be changed.
UP8 - Codes for smileys do not work in blog comments. screenshot
UP9 - Line breaks do not work in blog comments when using the return key - you have to manually enter the code for linebreaks. screenshot (there should have been a line break between the "testing smileys" and the smiley codes.
UP10 - Drag n Drop profile boxes do not stay put - they move when you refresh.
UP11 - Online friends get cut-off in the expandable box (top right) when there are too many characters within the names. screenshot
UP12 - Trusted Contributor list is not in alphabetical order on a user's profile page. screenshot
UP13 - Blank emblems displayed on profile page. screenshot

Fixed:
UP1 - User profiles missing "report abuse/moderate" link. FIXED
UP2 - Can't access second page of comments on a blog. FIXED
UP3 - Links to previous blog posts on profile page redirecting to most recent blog, but "read more" links go to correct blog entries. FIXED
UP6 - Pagination on user's sub history page not working (unable to use previous/next buttons to get to the next page of the submission history). screenshot FIXED
UP16 - Remove favorite shows not working. Removing favorite person redirects to favorite shows.FIXED
UP17 - Birthdate and location shown on profiles. FIXED
UP18 - Decimal of level percentage is no longer visible. FIXED
UP19 - Submissions stats box is missing. FIXED

L2 - Putting in the wrong password leads to a page with the old design. screenshot

TV1 - Channel names are cut off on the show/person guide listings module. screenshot
TV2 - UK listings show in GMT rather than BST.

PMs
PM2 - PMs and Preferences aren't opening in a new window in IE, or when clicking on the link before the initial pages has fully loaded in Firefox.

Forums
F2 - WYSIWYG Editor causing posting problems.
F3 - Previewing your post will show you as having the default user image, not the one you currently have. screenshot
F4 - Clicking the (x new) link does not take you to the most recent unread post if there is more than one page in the topic.
F11 - Polls disappear after you vote and reappear at some later point as if you haven't voted.
F12 - html not well formatted error no longer alerts users to unclosed tags in forum and blog posts.
Fixed:
F1 - "Hot" topics not being flagged in forums - popular topics should have a flame icon next to them, this is not appearing. FIXED
F5 - Unable to add/remove boards to/from favourites. FIXED
F6 - Unable to use Next/Previous buttons to navigate through threads. FIXED
F7 - Scroll bars missing from signatures. FIXED
F8 - Scroll bars missing from the box in which you type a forum post. FIXED
F9 - Bold/Italics tags not working. NO BUG - Please use Strong and EM tags in the place of Bold and Italics tags.
F10 - Favorite forums not showing on main forums page. FIXED

Reviews
R1 - Review count (Person Statistics) showing 0 even when there are one or more reviews for the person. screenshot
Fixed:
R2 - Oldest reviews show first instead of most recent. FIXED
R3 - Reviews is spelled "reveiws" in some places. FIXED

Display Issues
D1 - Grammar is incorrect on show pages (There are no trivia, quotes....etc plus 'All episode list' should read 'full episode list.) - Partially Fixed.
D3 - The forms for requesting addition and deletion of shows are misaligned - they're about to fall off the left hand side of the page. screenshot
D4 - On the main episode page, the Stars heading says "Stars" (this is correct), however, the Guest Stars heading says "Guest Star" - it's missing an 's' from the end, as are "Director" and "Recurring Role". screenshot
D5 - Show/Person drop-downs in the Submission Status page are not aligned correctly. screenshot
D6 - Favorite Show missing from some users' about me sections. screenshot.
D7 - Community spotlight user on the UK/AUS homepages show different user than that on the community page.
D10 - Timezones for blogs/forum threads on the community page are shown in PDT rather than user's set timezone. screenshot - the time on the screenshot for Jaxie's blog, for example, would be 11:40pm if the times were showing with my chosen timezone (BST/GMT)
Fixed:
D2 - On the shows tab, any shows that have not yet premiered show as 0-present for the start/end date. Can that be changed to show something that indicates the show hasn't yet aired? screenshot FIXED
D8 - Most Popular Forums - the titles are cut off by the number boxes 1-5. FIXED
D9 - Submission tips showing HTML examples rather than xHTML. FIXED
