Recently, I've become the editor for the UK show "The Magicians" - http://www.tv.com/shows/the-magicians/ - and I've been having a few problems with submitting new episodes (both before and after becoming editor). These problems didn't seem to exist before the redesign, so I'm assuming that they are related to that.

The most important problem I've had is that I've just submitted the first new episode after becoming editor and hit a big problem. I submitted the show details using the form from the "add episode" link in the episode guide. As soon as I clicked on the "submit" button, rather than it being automatically accepted due to me being an editor, I got the page saying that the details would appear on the site after they had been moderated. At the same time as that page came up, the episode I'd submitted appeared in my own mod queue! So I went there and clicked on the "mod" button, only to get another page come up saying "You have been redirected because you did not have the permissions to access this specific submission form."!!

So, I've submitted the episode details, which have gone into my own mod queue, but I can't access it to do the moderation - Which I shouldn't need to do anyway as I'm the editor!! Strangely, I've just submitted some additional info for another two episodes, and that seems to have gone OK, with just the message that it could take up to 12 hours for the info to appear on the site.

Is this a known bug, or am I the first to encounter it, and can it be fixed?? And, as it seems to be stuck in my queue, can someone please clear it for me??! (Just delete it and I'll resubmit as needed...)

The other problem I've had is with episode numbering - Some of the episodes I submitted before becoming the editor appeared on the site with screwed-up numbering, despite the fact that I know I input it correctly (Despite the fact that I entered the episode number within the season, that hasn't appeared on the site, placing the episode out of sequence within the season). Again, is this a known bug?

This has all been mentioned in other threads as known bugs. Yes there's a bug that new episodes will sometimes go into the editor's queue, and sometimes be unavailable for moderation for a period of 1-12 hours on average.

Have the submitted episodes become moderatable?

Episode numbering is now controlled by some kind of master list that staff has access to and editors do not. You should PM a staff member like etong87 and let them know the episodes and the incorrect/correct numbering.

We haven't been able to duplicate this submission moderation issue with editors, which makes me suspect that there might be something wrong with your log in cookie. Try clearing out your cache, browser history, and cookies and re-log in to the site. If you're still encountering this issue, please let me know.
