    Hello,

I've been unable to access multiple episodes of a series I edit - American Chopper Senior vs. Junior, since the redesign. I was able to access before the redesign, but not since. I can't get to them via the Episode Guide or the Previous / Next button on the episode page.

NOTE: When I use the reorder form, I see them. UNFORTUNATELY, I can't figure out how to use the form. It isn't like the trivia, quote, notes, where I can use drag and drop NOR can I indicate the column I want as the sort field (which is the lifetime number).

Presently, all the episodes in December 2011 are missing and even the ones I inputted in November 2011. (I hope the data is still in the database, or maybe this is the reason I can't access them -- TV.com lost the data???)

It's been awhile since the redesign went live and we're still seeing serious situation like missing information (e.g. entire episodes). Why aren't we doing better or gone back to what works?

    Bert.

P.S. I was looking for one of the missing episodes in order to add information to it. I still need to add the information, but ... well, where is it?

I've had a similar experience. I added new 2012 episodes for Skins (UK). They were approved but never showed up.

For another show, they were approved in the general queue and they are currently not seen in the episode guide.

BUT, they are there - go through your contributions --> submission status, order them by show and find the episodes. If you click on them you will get to those episodes. Then edit it and try to make the episode numbers stick.

I'm going to try editing them on my PC and re-submit them - weird, I know, but I'm using a mac right now and I dont think the imputed season/lifetime episode numbers are sticking.
