His girlfriend was making breakfast downstairs when he shot himself in the mouth with a handgun. (edit) On December 28, 2006, he showed up in a hospital emergency room, claiming that he was going to jump off a building. (edit) In late 2006, he was hospitalized for suicidal depression. (edit) A week before his death, his girlfriend heard him talking to himself, saying "just squeeze the trigger." (edit) The coroner said he had a history of schizophrenia and had taken several antidepressants and a sleep aid. (edit)
