Robert Cochran, aka Bob Cochran, is the co-creator and executive producer on the Emmy-winning action drama
24. Bob has also served supervising producer on
JAG and co-producer on
The Commish. He has also served as a writer on
L.A. Law,
La Femme Nikita,
JAG and the miniseries
Attila.
Even in it's sixth season, a time by which many show creators take on only a supervisory role,
24 still is propelled much by the genius of Mr. Cochran. He still writes several episodes a season, including the season 5 finale, and is closely
… More involved in production. He was seen at the 58th Annual Emmy Awards as one of three who spoke on behalf of 24 (who won for Outstanding Drama Series). Cochran won an Emmy for "Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series" in 2002 for the 24 pilot.
Cochran deserves much credit for the success of the acclaimed program. 24 has won countless of awards in it's five-plus years.
As a man, Cochran appears to be a classy guy, much like fellow 24 producers Howard Gordon, Joel Surnow, and Kiefer Sutherland.
