Rockmond made his film debut in 1998's "Misery Loves Company" and later had roles in "Punks" and "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang." He also made television guest appearances on "Felicity," "The Pretender" and "North Shore," but he is most famous for his roles as Kenny Chadway in "Soul Food" and as Benjamin Miles 'C-Note' Franklin on Fox's "Prison Break." Rockmond also directed, produced and starred as himself in the film "The Great Commission" in 2003.

Rockmond married Ivy Holmes on the 19th of September 2003 and they are still happily married.

Cnote finds out that Michael is planning on breaking out of Prison so he wants to get a ride on this escape, so he does and later finds that he needs his wife and kids, so he defenently wants to break out. So when they break out he goes to them and they are on the run and his wife gets caught, well his daughter is getting sicker and sicker so he decides to turn himself in, and almost kills himself but ends up living, he gets a clean state and is set free, and him and his wife and daughter walk out in to the sunset, he may or may not be back in Prison Break.

On Prison Break, Rockmond Dunbar plays C-Note. In season 1 I really didn't like him but in season 2 when he was out of jail, back came his sensitive personality and he was know the family guy and I like him. Sometimes it seems that he underacts but that is probably because he hasn't been in too much else.
