There was a special edition of the Myth Makers, a set of Videos exploring the cast and characters of Doctor Who dedicated to Roger, it was called Myth Makers: A Tribute to Roger Delgado (The First Master). As of December 2007, it is not yet available on DVD.

His widow, Kismet, has never given an interview about her late husband, except to reveal that he enjoyed fish, particularly salmon in pastry.

Following Roger's death in 1974, his actress wife, Kismet Delgado, went on to feature in the Doctor Who story Planet of the Spiders, with a voice-only role.
