Russell Simmons – There is one thing that I can say about Russell Simmons "Intelligent." It is motivating to many individuals to see an African American pave the way for others, but especially in the hip hop community. "I have been inspired by Russell to be a young black business owner." Hopefully, each person will eventually see the positive impact that Mr. Simmons has created. Some of his accomplishments include the Def Jam, Def Poetry, Rush Communications, Phat Farm clothing line, DefCon3 energy drink (It is absolutely incredible) and being the author of his very own book "Life and Def: Sex, Drugs, Money, and God, also most recently the Rush Card.
