Feeling Down, The band gets their first paychecks in advance, and everyone, except Jo, who decides to save it, goes on a spending spree to make them feel better.

Hannah buys some fish, Bradley tries to impress a girl out of his league, Paul buys some new water gear, Jon gets his year pass Universal Studios, to try and get a date with one of the actors there, Tina pays for a $600 dance class, and Rachel buys more outfits.

While meeting up, Paul tells Rachel, at this rate you'll spend all your money. They then compare how much they got paid, and ends up in an argument.

They ask Dean why do they get paid differently. He tells them they get paid, based on who is most popular, thanks to a focus group.
