McCabe: Hey, Hilda, how come that sandwich has got dust on it.
Hilda: Because my maid doesn't clean on Tuesdays, that why. Come on, what are you guys, buyers or kibitzers?
Luca: He who just kibitzes lives to kibitz another day.
Hilda: Brilliant, oh, brilliant. (edit) McCabe: Can I ask you a question, Lieutenant?
Lt. Harrelson: Sure.
McCabe: Do you think it's dumb for a guy to get married before he, before he makes his first stripe?
Lt. Harrelson: I think it's dumb for a guy to get married until he finds the right girl.
McCabe: Nobody knows until after they get married, right?
Lt. Harrelson: You could ask her to fill out a questionnaire!
McCabe: (laughs) Well, she digs the uniform.
Lt. Harrelson: How about the job?
McCabe: Well, you know women. She'd like it a lot better if I were a priest.
Lt. Harrelson: Well, then she couldn't marry you at all.
McCabe: (laughs) Bet she never though of that.
Lt. Harrelson: Seriously, could she live with you being a policeman?
McCabe: Susan said she won't bug me about the dangers of S.W.A.T. duty if I don't bug her about the pitfalls of publicity.
Lt. Harrelson: McCabe, don't let that girl get away from you.
McCabe: I won't. (edit) (upon realizing he missed out on lunch with the beauty pageant winner)
Luca: Lieutenant, something tells me I just made a bad mistake.
Lt. Harrelson: S.W.A.T. doesn't make mistakes, Luca. But I would say that you miscalculated. Quite a bit.
Lt. Harrelson: Yeah. Yeah. (edit)
