Amy has entered a chess tornament. All the girls including Catsy get invited for free. Before the tornament Birty and Amy, who transforms in front of her, face off. Mercury has a temporary victory. The tornament begins. only two people are doing the best, Amy and Birty, in human disguise. Catsy recognizes her, and warns the others. Amy and Birty face off. Mercury plays with Birty's special board. Every time one of Mercur's peices a part of her gets frozen. Just when she is almost completely frozen Mercury makes stale mate, a draw. Birty gets angry but the girls and Catsy save her. Catsy asks Sailor Moon to heal her sister. And she does.
