The Scouts didn't die, but were rather kidnapped by the Doom and Gloom Girls, so the shots of the girls when they die are cut out. (edit) season 1 finale (edit) There were 6 episodes completely removed from this season for various reasons. This is the only place in the entire series (with the exception of season 5) that entire episodes are cut. although, the episodes are cut, sometimes greatly, no other episodes were completely removed. the end of season 1 was in fact a two part episode. when dubbed and edited for the U.S. they didn't exactly remove one of the episodes. so much was cut from all over both episodes that it was enough to shorten to one episode. (edit) In the ADV DVD release of the Japanese version, you can hear the dub Beryl's voice twice. First when she is being possessed by Metellia and second when Princess Serenity and the Others 4 kill her. (edit) The song that plays during the show down is called "Carry On". In the original version the song is " Moonlight Legend" (edit)

Towards the end, Sailor Moon starts speaking, but her mouth doesn't start moving until she's halfway through a sentence. (edit) Important Censorship information is that in the Japanese version this part of the storyline was made up of two episodes that was merged as a single episode in the dub and in the Japanese version the Sailor Scouts, were killed in battle which was changed to being captured by the Negaverse to cover that up and the death scenes were removed. (edit) In SM says, the show a deleted scene with the scouts spirits, but the voices are all screwed up. (edit)
