On the way to Raye's for studying, Serena gets caught up with Mina at the game arcade speaking with Andrew. They both are tired of studying at Raye's and Mina really wants an opponent to race in the racing game. She races Serena and wins with ease. As she complains about wanting a worthy opponent, Amara shows up.


Serena and Mina are completely captivated by Amara's looks. With the misconception of her being a guy, they develop a huge crush on her. He races against Mina, giving her a huge head start and manages to win without much effort. Afterwards, Michelle shows up and her and Amara leave the arcade together. Still curious about Amara, they follow her and Michelle.


At a small cafe, Michelle tells Amara that she had a really good feeling about coming the town they're in. She says according to the sea, something big is going to happen but she can't tell whether it will be good or bad. Mina and Serena are spying on them from afar, when Mina tells Serena she feels her and Amara are soul mates. They go into the cafe and Mina asks the waitress what she thinks about Amara and Michelle. The waitress says that they seem pretty close, and it causes Mina to want to spy a bit more.


Amara parts with Michelle and goes into an automobile shop, where her car is being fixed. With a quick flash in Dr. Tomoe's lab, it's revealed that the newest pure heart target is Amara's mechanic, Anthony. The monster pod leaves the lab and falls into the steering wheel of Amara's car.


Mina and Serena reveal themselves to Amara, as she's speaking with Anthony in the mobile shop. Amara lets them know that she's aware of them following her. Mina finally asks if her and Michelle are together, when Amara tells them that they're funny but there's nothing between her and Michelle.


Amara tells them that they both seem sweet, and that they'll find their prince's someday. Michelle arrives and says she doesn't believe in happily ever after, because it only happens in fairy tales. Serena asks Michelle if Amara is her prince charming, with Michelle simply replying with a "no".


Back at the temple, Raye's allergies are extremely bad with her constant sneezing. Lita and Raye are upset by Mina and Serena not showing up, with Amy a bit worried. They all conclude that the two of them most likely got side-tracked by the sight of a boy.


Amara begins to express her feelings about racing. She says that she's given up on her dream to be a professional racer, with Serena and Mina convincing her to do otherwise. She says that she's learned to accept race car driving as no longer being her destiny, in the place of something else.


Inside of the shop, Anthony touches the steering wheel of Amara's car, causing the heart snatcher to appear. The monster forms into the race car woman named Vroom, and Serena and Mina run in to try and help but clumsily fall in a pile of boxes. Vroom then uses the opportunity to snatch Anthony's pure heart and runs away afterwards.


Mina and Serena rise from under the pile of boxes and transform. On the highway, as Vroom speeds away with the heart crystal, Amara and Michelle follow behind on a motorcycle. Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus catch up, with Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus now transformed. The two inner scouts are shocked to know that they're both sailor soldiers and wonder exactly how many of them actually exist. Uranus and Neptune attack Vroom, with Serena destroying her completely using the scepter.


Uranus and Neptune examine the crystal, concluding that it isn't one of a pure heart. They hand it back to Sailor Moon, telling her to give it to it's rightful owner and walk away. Back at the arcade, the Mina and Serena tell the rest of the Scouts about their encounter with Neptune and Uranus. Amara and Michelle show up, with Mina shocked to see Amara without her jacket on. They see that she's actually a girl because without the jacket, she looks more feminine.
