The aliens decide to attack a nursery school to get energy. Amy and Serena witness the attack. Darien also arrives, and they all go to the hospital together. When they realized that the child will have no one to care for him while his mother is recovering, Serena and Darien volunteer. Of course, things quickly become a mess. When the cardian attacks another nursery, the Sailor Scouts go to defend the babies. Sailor Mercury uses a new attack to freeze the monster, and Sailor Moon finishes him off. USerena and Mamoru return the baby to his mother and are amazed that he can now talk!

Originally, the baby, Jordan, was a girl named Manami in the original. Her gender was changed for unknown reasons.

When Anne storms out of Dariens appartment, it is because Jordan (the baby) pees in her face, not that he throws up on her. During SM says, you could see his scene.
