- When the scouts first see the black dream hole and Mars shouts "This Can't be Good!" you can hear Jupiter shout "This is our wake-up call Scouts!" But clearly Sailor Uranus is talking at the moment and not Sailor Jupiter. edit »
- This movie marks the only appearance by the Outer Scouts (minus Saturn) in the SuperS season. Also, by some strange means, Pluto has been revived, though, in the first episode of the unaired season, Stars, Uranus and Neptune were shocked to see that she was alive again. edit »
- For some odd reason, when Peruru makes his appearance to try and stop his brother, they played Alan's flute music for the dub. edit »
- Peruru's flute music is done by a flute, and Pupulan's flute music is done by a clarinet. edit »
- The original opening is of Serena, Amy, Raye, Mina, and Lita as they were kids and a picture taken of each, and then a photo album of other pics of the Sailors. edit »

- The plot of this Sailor Moon movie is an allusion to the popular tale of: The Pied Piper of Hamelin.
The man who played the flute used his flute to control and lure the rats to the river where they all drowned. The Townspeople had promised him to pay him, but at the end they failed at their promise. The man left angrily, but returned later seeking revenge. This time, he used his musical magic to attract the children of the town and One hundred and thirty boys and girls followed him out of the town, where they were lured into a cave and never seen again. edit »
