In the flashback, when the Scouts, Serena & Darien are being sent to earth in the energy orbs, you can see Sailor Neptune in the backgroud when Serena and Darien are on the screen.

When Queen Serenity is sending all the Moon Kingdom's inhabitants to Earth, you can see Artimis and Luna being sent with Serena and Darien, however she still sends them away in capsules afterwards when they were supposed to already have gone.
