The Sailor Scouts have defeated Queen Beryl and the Negaverse, but have lost all of their memories, and are now living normal lives. However, two evil aliens named Alan and Ann arrive on Earth. When their life source, the Doom Tree, begins to wither, they must collect energy for it. They send out one of their cardians to collect energy. However, when the monster goes after Molly, Serena winds up in the battle! But without her Sailor Powers, who will save the day!?

This episode begins a 13 episode filler saga that did not happen in the manga. This saga was made in order to give Naoko Takeuchi time to finish up the first story arc (Dark Kingdom/Negaverse) and start on the second one (Black Moon/Negamoon). [edit]
Beginning with this season, most of the recurring characters start to become less frequent, with Molly appearing the most. [edit]
Raye, Mina, and Raye's Grandpa appear at the beginning of this episode, but do not speak. Queen Beryl and Queen Serenity also appear in flashbacks. [edit]
