(applies for both versions) How come Serena didn't think of using the disguise thing for the contest before?

(applies only for US dubbed version) In the contest the sign above the contestants reads '92. However, in America the show began '95, so the '92 doesn't make sense.Edit: The japanese dub was in 1992. I guess DiC didn't edit it.
