All they did in the American dub was rewind the animation and repeat the scene where Usagi(Serena) is looking for a bathroom to clean off the juice stain she gets (except they erase the juice stain).
In the original instead of Tuxedo Mask pulling Usagi(Serena) up back on the balcony, Luna tosses him an umbrella right before he falls down and he uses it to float them down. I have no idea why this scene was changed, but it may have been because little kids might get the idea that they can float down from a high place with an umbrella. Crazy idea, eh? (edit) The scene where Serena is pushed off the balcony is reversed in the USA version so it looks like she is being rescued. (edit)

Zoisite is the only general that has eyes that aren't a shade of blue. Unlike the other three generals, Zoisite's eyes are green.
(edit)
The fourth king in Beryl's army is shown in this episode. In the original Japanese dub his name is Kunzite. In the English dub it's been changed to Malachite.
Edit: They're not kings, they're generals. (edit) When Malachite is rubbing Zoisite's head he is wearing white gloves, but when he warns Zoisite not to disobey Beryl he isn't wearing gloves anymore. (edit)
