Grady is getting too many Social Security checks in the mail and he is contemplating on whether or not he should be honest about reporting them or not. He finally decides the latter and keeps them, gambling them away in Las Vegas. Aunt Esther hits the ceiling when she learns of the situation and just then a phone call from the Social Security office comes into the Sanford residence.

Grady: (To Lamont) Uh, excuse me, but I haven't had too much sleep. Uh, is this your Aunt Esther, or is this King Kong after he fell off the Empire State Building? (edit) Grady: We went to Las Vegas and we saw two great acts while we were there.
Esther: Sodom and Gomorrah.
Grady: No,no. Nipsey Russell and Harry Belafonte. (edit) Grady: When the government sends out one extra check here, they balance that out by sending one less check there...and that's known as the system of checks and balances! (edit) Lamont: Grady, you aren't planning on keeping that money, are you?
Grady: Oh, no...I'm planning on SPENDING this money! (edit)
