Zack's duck dies :'( hide show

This episode wasn't upsetting at first but was quite predictable. I mean first their talking about animals & the wildlife. Zack gets close to a duck while they struck oil at the school, we all know what's going to happen next. Still the only bright part about this episode is when everyone imagining how rich they would be, also the success of beating an oil company. But the rest like Jessie determined to stop the drilling in protest with Kelly. Also when the oil spill occurs & 20 animals die! And when Zack breaks down cause his duck dies. If you see this episode grab a tissue.

  • This episode contains one of the clips from the opening credits that shows the whole gang. The clip is all six of them sharing a group high five because they had successfully stopped an oil company from drilling at Bayside. It is the last clip shown in the opening credits before the actual show itself begins. []
  • Zack: He's right, we're not just taking something away, we're putting much more back. Jessie.
Jessie: Because of your oil spills, we put 20 dead animals back into the ground.
Mr. Phelps: Well I'm sorry, that was an accident and we did get that cleaned up.
Lisa: Yeah but can you guarantee it won't happen again?
    Mr. Phelps: Well no...
Zack: So what happens if there's another accident? Will it look like this> (squirts oil all over the model of the school, getting some on Mr. Phelp's shirt)
Mr. Phelps: I'm covered in oil!
Zack: I'm sorry, it was an accident. []
  • Mr. Belding: With progress comes a price, people have died in the space program, does that mean we should stop exploring the universe? (Slater, Kelly, and Lisa enter with their dead animals)
    Slater: We were too late.
Lisa: Nothing survived, the oil's all over the pond.
Mr. Belding: But what can I do?
Screech: What can you do? You're the principal! Aren't you man enough to scare anybody besides the kids? []
  • Jessie: Will you at least read the research that I dug up in the library?
Screech: Hey, Jessie, you really shouldn't be digging up in the library. I mean, the oil's under the football field!
Jessie: Quiet, little weird man! []
