Lost producers on Kimmel

Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse--better known as the two men who have much of the TV.com staff hanging by puppet strings because they pretty much make Lost--stopped by the Jimmy Kimmel show to hype up the current season of Lost, and Kimmel (a huge Lost fan) asked them a few questions. Sure there are no real answers given, but it is pretty cool to see super in-demand actor Terrence Howard talk about how badly he wants to join the show and discuss the fact he auditioned for the role of Michael. Enjoy!

Gary Coleman Divorce Court!

Gary Coleman and his teenage wife appeared on Divorce Court today in an effort to figure out what the hell is wrong with their two-month-old marriage. Apparently he thinks she's a nagging b***h and she thinks he's a five-year-old with a bad temper.

Video below the jump, in case you care. more...

Animals being movie stars.

There isn't anything cooler than seeing animals re-enact movies. Seriously, try and think of something. See? MyLifetime.com, obviously the online arm of the Lifetime network, knows this, and has launched a Web series titled Hollywood Tails. And guess what--it has animals re-enacting popular movies! (more after ye olde jumpage)

Rest Assured: J-Lo's new reality show is NOT a reality show.

I realize that all of you were very concerned about the integrity of Jennifer Lopez's new reality show. Who would've expected that Jenny from tha block, known for her total fabulosity and commitment to all things obscenely expensive, would mar her reputation by following in the classless footsteps of Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Tommy Lee, the Hogan family, and more?

Rest your heads easy, gentle readers, for we have learned that this new J-Show is absolutely not a reality show. It's a DOCUMENTARY, folks. More info after the jump. more...

Farmer Wants a Wife - You Have Been Warned!

Isn't amazing how every single person falls in love in these reality dating shows? It's so romantic! The latest entry into the genre is CW's Farmer Wants a Wife. I don't want to spoil what it's about but I will give you this hint: It's about a farmer who wants a wife! Ten high-heeled city slickettes are flown out to the middle of nowhere (if one assumes that "nowhere" is loaded with cameras, television producers orchestrating each "spontaneous" moment, and unfortunate crew members who have to make life easy for everyone else) where they meet Matt, a hunky farmer who rides a tractor and some fancy shirts with the sleeves cut off.

New favorite show: Wonder Pets!

This here is my new favorite show...to annoy people with. True, I looked at it disdainfully at first, but after a few minutes (and a little love and understanding) I took a shine to the little guy. The show is called Wonder Pets! and it airs as part of Nick Jr., the block of programming deemed too immature EVEN FOR NICKELODEON.

Anyhoo, it's about a baby Guinea Pig, a baby chick (redundant, I know--thanks LH... THANKS A LOT), and a baby turtle who band together as... THE WONDER PETS! Their goal: to rescue other baby animals in danger.

But that's not all... it's all done with accompanying classical music and in the style of opera. Sound like the product of mind-melting LSD trip? It probaby is! And just wait to you hear what they have in store for season two! (after the jump)

CSI - a laugh riot!

The cool cats over at CBS decided to have a little fun with their big hit CSI, making an alternate title sequence for the show as though it were a sitcom. And not just any sitcom, an 80s sitcom. Cue cheesy music, basic typography, and "we're having a good time" montages!

Martha Stewart's dog died.

Martha Stewart, homemaker to the Pope himself, lost a family friend recently. Her dog died. The 13-year-old Chow died almost peacefully, but Martha kept taking pictures of her while she was trying to kick the bucket. But the real story here is what she named her dog. And that name is after the jump.

Old It's Always Sunny promos are D-O-P-E Dope!

While the jury still seems to be out on the new Gossip Girl promos (I for one think they're pretty rad--push that envelope!) no one can deny the sheer genius/insanity from the old promos for FX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. A blast from the past!

Yes, Sweet Dee. Me like. More after the jump thingy!

Sighting: Missribs, Mythbusters

OMG - guess who I saw live and in person last night? MISSRIBS...and MYTHBUSTERS.

That's right. I met up with our erstwhile community manager for dinner and drinks last night along with and in honor of another good friend and her brand-new, super-adorable baby girl. Since a momentous occasion like childbirth pretty much requires a fancy dinner, we headed for San Francisco's tasty Foreign Cinema. As I made my way to the restaurant I received the following text message: "I'm here & so are the dudes from MYTHBUSTERS!" Missribs has always been good for a little advance warning.

The plot thickens after the jump!

90210 Redux: Who's In?

Though I am pretty sure that the upcoming CW remake of Beverly Hills, 90210 is going to royally suck, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that I'm wrong. Along with everyone else in the world, I've been thinking up killer plotlines and wondering which, if any, of the old characters will come back for another round. Here's the situation so far.

Super High Me

I just received a screener copy of comedian Doug Benson's upcoming film Super High Me. This new work of groundbreaking cinema grew from a joke in Benson's stand-up routine, in which he expressed shock at the fact that people actually paid to see Morgan Spurlock's junk-food binge Super Size Me. Benson decided to perform his own experiment by, uh, smoking pot every day.

Look for tons more info after the jump!
