Someone is stealing from rich people in hotel's and this is Scooter's new assignment.

The only clue to the identity of the thief is that just before the jewellery is discovered as being missing, a whistled tune is heard.

Scooter wants Melanie's help, but a Heath Inspector visiting the pizza shop ruins that, so Scooter turns to Katrina.

The Agency provides a very expensive necklace to trap the thief - but will it work? And will Scooter ever notice that Melanie has feelings for him?
