When a clumsy pizza-delivery boy named Scooter witness' a kidnapping and finds a communication device he believes being a secret agent is his destiny. The Agency is unaware that the real Agent X-19 is missing, so sends Scooter off on a mission to retrieve a very rare and valuable stamp.

Another case for Scooter, this time historical trains have been disappearing and this time he gets the ultimate accessory - a remote controlled sports car! Just as Scooter's luck would have it, the car gets stolen while on his mission, so he turns to the girls for help. It seems Melaine is developing quite a crush on the new Scooter.

Things get messy when Scooter has to protect the worlds oldest piece of chocolate, at a chocolate convention. In order to go unseen, Scooter is covered in chocolate and is placed in the exhibit as a chocolate soldier. But the bad guys have the same idea, and thinking Scooter is just another piece of chocolate, replace him with one of their own men. Things are not looking good for Scooter...

Someone is stealing from rich people in hotel's and this is Scooter's new assignment. The only clue to the identity of the thief is that just before the jewellery is discovered as being missing, a whistled tune is heard. Scooter wants Melanie's help, but a Heath Inspector visiting the pizza shop ruins that, so Scooter turns to Katrina. The Agency provides a very expensive necklace to trap the thief - but will it work? And will Scooter ever notice that Melanie has feelings for him?

The newest gadget to arrive is a device which allows a person to disguise themselves as anyone else. Scooter will need this in order to prevent the most valuable comic in the world from being stolen as it is being auctioned off for Vern. But when Melanie's little brother Mario gets hold of it first, and clones himself as Vern, Scooter's problems are just beginning.

A micro-droid is Scooter's newest gadget, and Mario gain has his eyes on it. The mission is to take the micro-droid to the hospital, because the creator of it is lying in a coma. Sounds simple? Scooter decides to first fix the pizza oven with it, then Mario gets hold of it...

Ban-Tun is the set to be the next Chosen One of the Kumai. Scooter is sent to protect him so that Ban-Tun makes it to his ceremony in one piece. But the more Ban-Tun gets to do regular things - the less he wants to be the Chosen One. MacKenna isn't far away and strikes, kidnapping Ban-Tun. Can Scooter rescue Ban-Tun, convince him that being the Chosen One isn't so bad and get him to the ceremony on time?

Curses - are they real or not? Scooter certainly believes in them as he attributes his run of clumsy and just plain bad luck on a mummy's, whose finger he's been carry out since it broke off in his hand. The call comes in from the Agency that MacKenna and his gang are planning on stealing a mummy from the museum, but it is a set-up. Will Scooter be exposed as not being the real Agent X-19?

Nanushka is a singer and fellow Secret Agent. She requests that Agent X-19 meets her in person - which causes problems for Scooter. Despite her request, Scooter poses as a crew member to prevent her kidnapping. But a kiss between Scooter and Nanushka leaves a very jealous Melanie out for revenge!

Fairies are afoot! Scooter's latest assignment sees the Agency sending him off to prove whether a fairy does indeed exist. Scooter doesn't believe in fairies, but Melaine does and so with her help, Scooter is able to find the fairy and become a believer. Having found the fairy though, Scooter must decide whether to turn her over to the Agency, or let her be free.

After an artist is presumed dead, Scooter gets Agent X-19's mission to go and investigate. Unknown to Scooter though, is that Attilio has taken his briefcase to a meeting with the bank manager to look more professional. What will happen when the distress signal is accidently triggered by Attilio - will Scooter be exposed?

Agent X-19's newest mission is to go bush and recover a space probe which went missing. The urgency to get it is because it contains alien spores. Melanie and Katrina tag along, as well as Attilio and Mario - surely they can retrieve it. When they reach the probe, the spores are missing, but Beast Boy swaps the spores with them for food. All seems well, but MacKenna isn't far away and he wants the spores too.

Scooter is still on the trail of Beast Boy. They are all booked into a motel for the night where Attilio is bent on impressing Maggie, the owner. While off exploring, Scooter finds the entrance into the Agency. MacKenna still has the pod and Beast Boy helps Scooter to get it back. Meanwhile, Maggie isn't all she seems as the Agency hunts for the comm-link.

Scooter, without the Agency, finds the need to investigate. His first solo case involves Suzie, who toy Binky, has been washed down into the drains. Will his first solo case be a success?

Wanting to attract more business, Scooter decides that he must open an office, and he does. Scooter, unaware of Melanie's feelings, is approached by Danny who works in the bowling alley where he's been hanging out, wants his advice on how to win Melanie. But will helping Danny destroy his friendship with Melanie?

Scooter finds himself with two cases. Ratborough is caught by police, but is let go because they have no evidence that he committed the robbery at the jewellery store. His other case involves Nigel, who is being bullied. His next door neighbour is Jaws, who likes to collect dolls - which can help Scooter solve the mystery of the princess doll. But can it mean Ratborough can be caught and arrested?

Scooter is still trying to nail down MacKenna and believes that he is going to steal some rare native wombats from the local zoo. But the stakeout doesn't go as planned and it is Scooter who is arrested. Once he is released he catches Ratborough with the wombats - but does MacKenna already have a plan to clear themselves?

Valentine's Day has arrived and Melanie is ever hopeful that Scooter will do something about it. She finds a card, but finds out that one was from Danny. Then Melanie finds about one - is this one from Scooter? Meanwhile, they are trying to find a statue at an aquarium which MacKenna and his crew stole.

Now able to listen in on the Agency's news, Scooter hears about Lewis Sloan who parents have been kidnapped. While delivery pizza's Scooter and Melanie keep a close on on Lewis - who finds them and asks them in as he fancies Melanie. Jealousy arises, but Scooter knows he needs to solve this case - before The Agency arrives.

Desperate to catch MacKenna to prove to Taipan and the Agency he is worthy, Scooter starts following him. Scooter soon finds MacKenna mixed up in a scam at a golf club. MacKenna uses rigged golf balls and steals all the rich people's money. MacKenna though catches Scooter and isn't aware that Scooter is no longer working for the Agency. Can Scooter get himself out of this one?

Katrina's home-made comm-link is stolen by MacKenna who hears about the Micro-Sun and he plans on getting it. Scooter manages to get the comm-link back, but he knows he needs to stop MacKenna.

Back to delivering pizzas, Scooter meets Mr Clemments. While talking to him, Scooter finds out he used to be a spy with The Agency. Then Mr Clemments is kidnapped and Scooter works with Katrina to use Mr Clemments old gadgets to find and rescue him. Attilio hires a replacement for Scooter named Ed, but soon finds that Ed isn't all that honest.

While delivery a pizza, Scooter finds a young girl - Karla Prescott - is being watched by The Agency. But the case turns sour when both Melanie and Karla get kidnapped by Fridge on MacKenna's behalf. Who will rescue the girls first - The Agency or Scooter?

Scooter is approach by Taipan who needs his help to find out who is cloning the Agency's agents. A clone of Scooter is also on the loose and finds Melaine and gives her a kiss. Scooter tries to convince the girls it was a clone, but at first they don't believe him. But when Taipan is captured, Scooter is on his own.

Scooter, Melaine and Katrina continue to disagree about how to go about investigating who's cloning agents. Parting ways, Scooter discovers both Mario and Attilio are missing and calls it into the Agency, then tells Melanie. Melanie is upset she was told second and tells Scooter her and Katrina won't help him anymore. When Scooter goes to make friends again with the girls, they're missing without a trace. Wilson is no help and the Micro-sun is about to be sold at auction.
