When Irv is trying to suffocate the patient, Carla jumps on his back and is injecting a syringe into him. She never pushes down the plunger so he doesn't get any of the drug, but he falls over anyway. edit »

Bill Lawrence says in the commentary that the title of this episode was chosen (pun intended) because of the overuse of the word "choice" in some of the narration. (Not the stuff that made it into the final episode, but the kind of stuff that they were writing at 02:00 in the morning just came out sounding ridiculous, so they decided to spoof this in the title) edit »
