J.D. is running through the halls of Sacred Heart, because Dr. Cox's son Jack has a cut. Turk is doing the stitches. Meanwhile, Elliot takes a patient who has taken viagra, Mr. Gerst.
Turk is almost late for his meeting with Carla. Carla doesn't know if she can trust Turk telling her she can trust him. The Janitor is taking pictures - Dr. Cox destroys the film, to prevent Jordan from seeing the cut on Jack's head. Turk enlists J.D. to get a beer with Carla. Jordan takes the bandaid off Jack - she accuses Dr. Cox of being careless. He asks her about her similar episodes, and she is speechless.
Elliot yells at Todd and Dr. Kelso for making fun of Mr. Gerst. Dr. Cox and another parent brag about their children at the playground, while the Janitor takes pictures from a nearby tree. Elliot makes Dr. Kelso go in with her to talk to Mr. Gerst to show professionalism, but laughs uncontrollably at his story.
J.D. and Carla are drunk, and he falls off the couch, as she does. The two kiss, and then Carla goes to bed - nothing happened. The next morning, J.D. and Carla are shocked at remembering what happened. J.D. wants to keep it a secret, but Carla tells Elliot. Dr. Cox and Jordan are arguing about Jack, and the Janitor has incriminating photos from both sides. Turk finds J.D. in Ted's office, but Carla appears in the nick of time - she wants to move back in with Turk. Carla realizes how little mistakes can snowball. Elliot persuades Mr. Gerst to laugh at himself and his predicament, telling a story about how she became "Rollermole".
Carla, J.D. and Turk are back to normal in the apartment, and Turk and Carla kiss. At the playground, Jack is in full protective gear, but Dr. Cox is still bragging about his athleticism. Turk says its a fresh start for him and Carla, and no secrets. Carla tells Turk she and J.D. kissed...
