Alright so heres the idea...
My decision(or whatever) - JD gets a job offer at a hospital on the other side of the US. He has to go there for a few monthes and then decide whether or not to come back. Various people treating him like dirt makes him decide to check out the other hospital.
My best friend's story - A story from Turk's point of view where he regrets telling off JD about considering leaving. And now he has to decide to take a very dangerous sergury or let a person die. He thinks back to JD being mad at Kim about doing what Turk was considering so he takes the surgery and succeeds,
My best friend's wife's story - A story from Carla's point of view. She thinks about how 'Lavernagain' treated JD and how she really does look, but dosent act like Laverne. She decidesn to tell whether to tell Laverneagain off or do what Dr. Kelso said.
My best friend's daughter's story - Just a funny little episode about how Issabella tries to stop Turk and Carla's fighting, including her possible first steps and first words(if they havent already happened)
My bosses story - The staff finally ask Dr. Kelso what he and Johnny went through. He spends the entire episode trying to ignore it until he calls Johnny and finds out Johnny died.
My perverted friend's story - The woman finally start hunting down The todd for th sexual slurs. He hides in various places until hearing a conversation between Elliot and JD over the phone and decides to face them, including one of Todd's butt whoopings, which he turns into a sex joke.
My ex sex buddies' story - Elliot is calling JD more and more often just trying to talk. Finally realizing that she might be falling in love with him again she seeks help from her friends.
My lavernegain's story - Laverneagain starts to consider about how laverne acted and finally coming clean about everything between her and laverne, telling everyone her bad attitude was about Laverne's death.
My mentor's ex wife's story - A story behind the hands of Jordan. She has to sit through board meeting after board meeting until she gets to where she wants to quit.
My mentor's son's story - Jack gets lost in the hospital in the middle of the night and tries to find his way back to dr.cox.
My mentor's story - Dr. Cox thinks back to all the years of tough love he gave to JD. He thinks its right but it takes Carla nagging him about how much JD wanted a simple, good job, but rarely got it. He thinks about what JD did and the episode ends at that.
My worst best friend's story - The Janitor is bored because JD left. he spends all his time doing stuff to the others but nothing matches up to JD. He thinks about all the 'good' times he had with JD. Dr. Cox eventually tells the janitor to tell JD about it when he comes back in two weeks, but the janitor eagerly denies.
My story - JD comes back realizing how much things have changed while he was gone. He begins to want to stay at the other hospital until people start telling him about the last three monthes. He still wants to stay at the other hospital. The episode ends in a cliff hanger.
Our story - JD gets ready for his plane ride when things get worse. The janitor is doing even worse stuff to him. Eventually Dr. Cox gives the janitor the longest rant ever. Then they get into a rant battle with Dr. Cox winning after five minutes of straight fighting. When JD is about to get on the plane Elliot tells him how she feels. He thinks of all his friends and decides to stay. The episode ends with Dr Cox, JD, Elliot, Turk, and Carla walking out of the hospital. The janitor stops JD only and tells him about why he has been doing things. The episode ends with JD doing a hand shake and the janitor pulling him into a hug, then the janitor reveals the name and JD says, "This was our story."
