From the pictures I've seen so far, this episode looks like it'll be great. They've really put alot of effort into it. And apparently Laverne is going to be in the episode!  Hopefully the village idiot, JD, will finally get a unicorn! Though since it's Cox's fantasy, that probably won't happen... But since Cox is obviously the hero and Elliot the princess, perhaps those two will kiss at the end? That'd be interesting to watch.  Here are the pictures.. Yeah, I thought so aswell. She looks really pretty.
Though I've yet to see Carla or Turk.. But I did see a black guy with a half male half female armor. Perhaps that's the Turla they were talking about(two headed monster)?

It's good to see they are not going to let season 7 go without a concept episode. My expectations from seeing the pictures aren't that high, but neither were my expectations for My Musical and it's on my top 5 favorites. We'll see...

I was wondering if somebody dislikes the idea of making this fantasy episode on Scrubs. I don't, I think it could be one of the best of the season, or even better. I'm hoping.

I always thought that My Sacrificial Clam was the longest fantasy...so I regarded your post as irrelevant long ago But seriously, I always thought that, but I could be wrong.

practically the whole episode of My Life in Four Cameras is a fantasy then you have My Butterfly which is a fantasy i suppose? and of course My Occurence with the dilusional JD

The longest ones I know of are Occurence, Four Cameras, and Butterfly. All taking up the second half of the episode. I don't know which is longer.

Sacrificial Clam is the one right before.
The end of the first Sean arc, and when JD was scared of sick people even though he was a doctor.
