CBS is good with the finales. With Meganxo on the Mentalist. Such a good ending. CBS is also right on the money with who they choose to return. Fox needs to take notes. Castle was this years OMG! Seriously! cliffhanger for me. Cause wow.
Criminal Minds finale was very good. I hope Reid and Ashley become a couple by next season, and I can't wait for JJ's return! Also, The Mentalist was one of the best finales so far.
Hawaii Five-0 had the BEST season finale I've seen in a while; and it's good they'll be back for another season. VERY disappointed with the Smallville finale. Sorry to not see the return of The Event, No Ordinary Family, The Chicago Code, Human Target, Detroit 187, V, Chase, The Cape & many more. All good shows that were never given a chance by the studio big wigs. I may turn to more cable network shows since the major networks don't want to go out on a limb with their programming...

I'm REALLY looking forward to Friday and the SUPERNATURAL finale. Two episode 2-hr Winchester-fest. I can't wait! It's the only one I won't miss "live" the other's I don't mind if I pick up on DVD or re-runs.
i really enjoyed the quirkiness of each of the characters of Detroit 187. Chicago code was growing on me. absolutely love the dynamics and sunday dinner scenes of Blue bloods. What's wrong with having intelligent tv? i haven't watched new shows for a couple of years because 'smart' series are ALWAYS cancelled. nearly every single sitcom has sexual innuendos, crassness and poor taste. it embarrasses me how people like the, i don't know what to call it, smutness,? the true low class? of two and half men and that's even before the charlie sheen fiasco. no wonder america is going to you know what in a hand basket. where are our morals? i agree whole heartedly with shanfan14. and no more watching the big three. give me CW, Fox, USA anytime. at least they give most shows a chance. you know, like, you can actually FIND the programs there since they keep them same time same day same station.
I am upset with TV shows this season. They never gave some of the new shows a chance, Blue Bloods,Chase, Human Target, Defenders, The Whole Truth etc. I have decided to get away from the big 3 because there is enough new shows on TNT, USA, FX, AMC etc that are really alot better than the big 3. I will not watch fox either. The air 2 shows and cancel them. What good is it to watch and like anything. Also the voting systems they use on American Idol and Dancing with the Stars are a rigged game. 12 year olds are voting the best of the people off. So good bye main stream TV I am moving to cable.
CSI had a good finale. Smallville was very good and special- the conclusion of 10 years of growing... some "goose bumps." Castle was absolutely fabulous- great end of the season...one of the best finales ever! Let's start the next season now! Looking forward to the Mentalist- hope it brings Red John to conclusion. Really miss "Lie to Me" ... hope it gets another season... somehow.
I've seen some of the finale's and I have to say it, CASTLE has it all the way. What a fantastic finale. Never saw it coming. Writers gave you a little to chew on in the preview then really hit a home run with a stunner of a finale. Can't wait for Season 4 Please writers, don't dissapoint us that team is a hot commodity that is keeping us coming back for more. Loved NCIS last night and NCIS LA was exceptional. It was good to see some of the story line on Callen coming into light. I think it looks like next season is going to be very, very interesting. I am not really happy with the way Gray's is going with the new story line but I guess we'll have to see how it goes after the new season starts. I know that shows look for turmoil and turning things upside down to stir things up a bit but I don't like how the Meridith and Deerek story line is starting to change. I hope the writers are not going too far out there, so far it will ruin the show. Few more to watch this week but all in all I really think CASTLE's finale was the best so far

Once the above are gone, I don't know what will be left. So-called comedies, these days, are unfunny exercises in absurdity and mean-spiritedness.
Bring back quality, scripted drama and can the creeping blight of reality shows.
I love television and grieve its decline.

Ok, saw the Castle finale and was mad and sad. Saw the NCIS finale tonight and cried . . . no more funerals, please!?!? I've watched Grey's anatomy since the beginning and it is beginning to get old. Same with Desperate Housewives -- it's still a good show but some parts are beginning to wear. Very unhappy The Defenders and Brothers and Sisters were canceled. I really like Jim Belushi and thought the show was good. Definitely awaiting The Mentalist finale!!!
ncis was disapointing,but ncis la was good and the good wife was great! onw more chicago hope for all time(too bad),fringe was good. nothing so far has made feel like i needed to talk about it. i don't watch any of the medical dramas...i guess i look for more action,fantasy etc...
