Just name what you think the most overrated moment was. It could be a character, episode, or just a moment
Same with the most underrated.
I have to think of mine before I post it.

The most overrated character/episode is The Soup Nazi who is just annoying and gets old in the first ten minutes.
The most underrated episode is "The Pen", probably because it doesn't have Kramer or George in it.

I am not a huge fan of "The Race" - I liked George's part, but the whole race thing jusst didn't seem that funny to me. I think "The Mango" is a little overrated as well - I think it's hilarious, but definitely not one of the top 20 episodes on my list.
I think a lot of episodes from season 2, 3 and 4 are underrated. I agree on people not appreciating "The Pen" - that is one of my favorite episodes. I also think "The Pony Remark" is not given enough credit as one of the funniest, most realistic episodes in the series where almost nothing happens, but it's so funny.
I think the most underrated episodes of all is "The Opera" though. Crazy Joe Davola and his wall of Elaine pictures and their conversation - "You don't seem like yourself." "Well, who else would I be?" - is my favorite moment in the whole series. I now always carry Binaca to fend off attackers.

I agree with The Opera being underrated- it had great Crazy Joe moments.

The Most Overrated has to be The Soup Nazi. It's like every week, I turn on the TV and I see that episode. Don't get me wrong. It's funny but not something I'd watch over and over again.

The Most Underrated has to be The Doodle, The Jimmy, or The Gum. It's just silly

You've got to go Soup Nazi on overrated...
Haven't put a lot of though into it but I'm going to tag along with sluggmunki_tx on The Doodle... Not getting alot of attention at all, but still a sweet sweet episode.

I think the Chinese Restaurant is over-rated. It's so boring without Kramer.

I think seasons 8 and 9 are underated. To me, they're the tops.

I actually thought that The Pony Remark is a little overrated. I still like it, but come on. The Soup Nazi is overrated but I still love it so I cant say anything about it.
Underrated has to be The Visa. Its one of my faves (but I have a lot of Seinfeld faves).
