Jerry has an encounter with an Exacto knife and ends up having an infusion of 3 pints of Kramer's blood infused into him because Kramer decided to store his blood. Jerry's parents buy him sessions with personal trainer, Izzy, who's going to help him work off his spare tire because they are concerned with his lack of exercise. George decides that adding television and food to his equation will make sex even better. Elaine visits her friend Vivian and is disappointed when Vivian implies that she isn't responsible enough to watch her son Jimmy, so she works overtime to prove how responsible she is. It seems odd that George heard that Kramer got "mugged" on a babysitting gig when Kramer and Elaine were the only people involved and they both knew it wasn't a mugging. edit »

When Elaine baby-sits the second time, Vivian's house is shown from the outside, and it's clearly daytime. Also, when Vivian comes home, you can see through the window that it's light out. Why then is Jimmy asleep in bed? edit »
It seems unlikely that Jerry would have no scrapes, bruises, or other wounds after being dragged behind a car. edit »
I find it hard to believe that Kramer wouldn't know what to do about the engine overheating (turn off a/c) but would know where/how to check the coolant. And if he'd read in the manual where to check it, it also would have said not to check it with the engine hot. edit »

George mentions he "flew too close to the sun on wings of pastrami", a reference to Greek mythology's legend of Icarus and Daedalus. Icarus didn't heed his father's advice to not fly his wax-coated wings too high, allowing the sun to melt them, plunging Icarus to his death. edit »
