George: It's the Kung Pao. George likes his chicken spicy. (edit) Jerry: Don't you see what's happened? He couldn't talk, he's wearing these shoes, he's drooling.
Kramer: What?!
Elaine: He thinks you're mentally challenged!
Jerry: Well... you know.
Elaine: Well, what happens when you show up? He'll see that you're not.

This episode marks the first appearence of George's boss Mr. Wilhelm. (edit) Kramer takes some food out of Jerry's fridge and asks what it is, and Jerry tells him it's Kung Pao. Then later, when George tells Jerry that he was sweating from the Kung Pao, Jerry says that he doesn't understand how George can eat spicy chicken. If Jerry doesn't understand how George can eat spicy chicken, why does he have some of his own in his fridge? Because George had brought in a package and put it in Jerry's fridge, it's possible that the chicken Kramer eats is actually George's also. But if that's the case, how does Jerry know that it's Kung Pao? George never said so. (edit) Kramer says that when he met the man in the cab, he had just come from "The Y" (YMCA). However, when the outside of the health club is shown, the sign says "New York Health Club." (edit) Small Blooper: In the first scene in Jerry's Apartment... When Kramer walks in, he closes the door, but later in the scene, the door is open. Then even later in the scene, the door is closed again as George walks. (edit) Kramer tells George that he only uses cold water.. George replies by saying it's for insane people.. However in "The Heart Attack" Kramer already tells Jerry and George that he's off hot water.. so why is this new for George? (edit)
