Sharon: (On staying on 'The Young and the Restless') I've never really had a burning desire to get out and do other things. I guess that's because I was already working for years when I started on the show. With a lot of the actors, this is their first acting job.

Sharon: It's much harder to shoot movies than soap operas. I know people come here to the soap and they get frazzled with the pace that we're doing, but our dialogue ain't nothin' compared to the kind of focus, concentration and ability you have to have on a movie set.
